Winco WRP-20F Description

Great for flattening and shaping large sections of dough, the Winco WRP20F rolling pin is 20 inches long. Typical of French-style pins, it has a tapered design without built-in handles. This construction eliminates cracks and crevices to prevent the pin from snagging dough when rolling and streamlining cleanup after use. It's made of wood—traditional material when it comes to rolling pins. This material is more affordable and lightweight than aluminum, though it doesn't have the same nonstick properties.

Smooth, light, and easy to handle.

I use this in my home kitchen. It's slick and smooth as glass, light weight and well finished. The wood is hard as a rock and cleans easily. Because I'm so fussy I rubbed a little mineral oil on mine, but it's so well finished the oil wasn't necessary. RECOMMENDED BUY.
