The traditional cylindrical shape of this Winco WRP-15 rolling pin flattens and shapes pizza, pastry, and bread dough. It measures 15 inches long and is made of wood—an affordable, lightweight alternative to aluminum. Unlike aluminum, this material doesn't have natural release properties, so dough may stick to the rolling pin while users work with it. Contoured handles provide a comfortable grip while elevating hands off the work surface.
