The Winco WPP-1642 pizza peel reduces the risk of burns by helping employees safely place pizza in an oven. While it measures 42 inches long overall, its blade is 16 inches by 17 1⁄2 inches to accommodate large pizzas. Constructed of wood, this unit resists heat but cannot be placed in a dishwasher.
