They fixed the problem
Initially, I did not get what I expected. But when I called to complain, they agreed that the description could be misleading and said they would review my situation with intent to clarify it and eliminate the possibility of a misunderstanding such as I had. And finally, they offered a solution that left me completely satisfied. I have seldom purchased from a vendor that was as receptive to correcting a customer complaint , both fixing my problem, and fixing the root cause such that the problem will not occur again. Really extraordinary customer service!
