Winco WCB-1824 Description
The Winco WCB-1824 wood cutting board is made of durable hardwood, which withstands sharp knives better than plastic alternatives and provides a firm cutting surface that isn’t slippery. Measuring 18 by 24 inches, this board is large enough to cut a wide variety of ingredients but small enough to fit into most sink basins for cleaning. Because wood is softer than metal or glass, knives used with wooden cutting boards will need to be sharpened less often and acquire less damage from frequent cutting and chopping.

Who needs Boos?
"Wow, this is an absolute BARGAIN. I bought my son in law a fancy, high dollar Boos cutting board and went low budget for myself with this one from Winco. I have to say it's a tie between the two in terms of weight and quality, but the Winco is less than a third of the price. This one's a winner."
