The Winco VP-315 pizza cutter has a small, 21⁄2-inch blade, which is great for slicing thin-crust pizzas effectively. For durability in high-volume prep environments, the blade is made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Because the handle is constructed of a soft-grip material, it's comfortable to use. A finger guard is built between the handle and blade for injury protection, and the black handle blends in with existing pizza prep utensils.
