Its heavy-duty, tri-ply bottom is compatible with induction cooktops and features an aluminum core that distributes heat evenly. This 9¹⁄₂-inch-diameter by 6¹⁄₈-inch-tall piece accommodates 7¹⁄₂ quarts, featuring one riveted handle and one long handle to simplify transport. To prevent heat from escaping during boiling and simmering, it includes a handled cover.
