Review this product!
It was easy to use
I liked it. However, next time, I would purchase a smaller size. The diameter, for my home usage, was too big. I had flour on the counter on the outside edges despite being careful to sift over the center of the bowl. I'll have to use a larger bowl for a small amount of flour. I wish product description would tell in advance the fine/coarse grade of the sieve in home use terms.
Better than a hand-cranked sieve
I wish I had known how fine the mesh was. Like maybe a description: very fine, fine, medium, coarse, etc. I would have preferred a finer mesh. And I probably would have ordered a small diameter to work over smaller bowls.
