Winco PSH-16 Description
The Winco PSH-16 scraper spatula can be used to evenly spread batter, scrape product out of a container, or mix food. Made of silicone, the blade is flexible, and the handle is made of durable nylon. Because it's resistant to heat, it can be used with applications that reach 600 degrees Fahrenheit. Ridges are integrated into the blade, so the spatula won't dirty the countertops when it's laid flat.
