The Winco PGW-810 wire pan grate can be placed in a half-size steam pan to raise food off the pan so it doesn't stick to the bottom, keeping cleanup quick. The grate is made of chrome-plated wire to encourage airflow and drain product of excess moisture. Although the chrome plating adds some corrosion resistance, this grate works best with dry products.
