Sized to fit full-size bun pans, the Winco PGW-2416 wire pan grate raises food above the pan surface to promote airflow and reduce sticking. Spanning 24 inches in length and 16 inches in depth, this grate supports airflow around food to enhance texture while baking or cooling. Constructed of chrome-plated wire, the grate should not be used with overly moist items, as excess moisture may lead to corrosion over time.

Great deal on hard to find racks
These racks are not easy to find. The price was very good and delivery only took a couple of days. Very satisfied with Katom and the product.

None of the racks is even and they are warped
The racks are large, but they are uneven and all are warped. I don't know if the manufacturer's quality is substandard or the storage system/process at KaTom is poor. I wouldn't purchase them again.
