Cheap, Low Quality, & Not Worth the Aggravation

The first time I used it, I noticed failure of the weld at one end of the middle support piece, i.e., the heavy wire with two of the rack's "feet" was not attached. I discovered this when I was trying to figure out why it "rocked" so much when placed in a flat pan. Interestingly, if turned upside down, the rack was flat. One foot simply extended much further away from the rack than then other five because there was no attachment to the rack near the foot. The rack doesn't seem very robust - doesn't look capable of supporting much weight. The wires from which the rack was fabricated were smaller (diameter) than those used by the manufacturer of the baking rack I use in my quarter sheet pan. I'm disappointed, but, then, the thing was inexpensive. I guess that's why I gave it two stars instead of just one. I should have known the price was too low for a quality item.

Can't beat the price

The rack is not as fabricated from materials as substantial as I expected and I am not sure it won't bend a bit under the weight of some items I expect to cook on it. That said, on can cook on it, whereas some more expensive racks are not marketed for cooking, but rather icing, cooling, and draining.

Great product and price

Use these in sheet pans to cook bacon in the oven at church breakfasts. They work great and fit in the dishwasher for cleanup.
