Exactly What I Needed
I've had to drastically reduce the amount of sodium in my diet, so I'm in the process of re-creating my favorite (commercial) seasoning blends without the salt. I use a wide variety of blends, so these shakers are perfect. Having a choice of hole sizes in the lids is a plus: depending on how coarse or fine the spices are ground and also on the size of dried leaf herbs like oregano and parsley, different blends need different sized holes. The only thing I wish is that the lids also included one with no holes, to keep the less-frequently used blends fresher longer. Still, the product merits five stars in my book.
