The Winco OS-250 Kattex onion slicer provides a manual setup for preparing consistent 1⁄4-inch slices. Pulling the lever handle presses onions through an array of stainless steel wire blades, completing multiple cuts in one motion. Nonskid feet help hold the slicer in place on the work surface, while its aluminum construction forms a rigid frame around the cutting assembly.
