Winco MDL-18 Description
With four sets of blades, the Winco MDL-18 mandolin slicer can cut slices or strips. It has a straight blade for cutting through thin vegetables and a serrated blade for slicing through tough ingredients. The thickness of slices can be adjusted with the rotary dial. To make strips, users can switch between the two julienne blades and form 1⁄8-inch or 3⁄8-inch cuts. This unit is made of stainless steel, which is strong and rust resistant. Its handle and legs are designed to prevent slipping, and a hand guard is provided for safely pushing ingredients into the blades.

Review this product!
Good but not great
The sliding cover rubberized non-slip grip handle started to chip on the bottom from brittle plastic it seems like. Also the adjustable lever on the bottom for the second blade does not stay flush so sliding bulky pieces to the end gets caught on the second blade. There should have been a way to lock it in place so it stays flush.
