Winco KFP-72 Description
Built for demanding prep work, the Winco KFP-72 cleaver features a 7-inch forged blade with a square profile and a width of 4 3⁄8 inches. The blade is made of German high-carbon stainless steel and ice tempered for durability when working with dense or frozen meats. This cleaver includes a full tang and triple-riveted black POM handle, injection molded for a secure fit. A grip hole at the blade’s top supports pull-through cuts and also functions as a hanging point for storage.
