The Winco KC-301 Chinese meat cleaver features an 8-inch-long blade that is 4 millimeters thick, strong enough to chop through bones and muscle, and made of stainless steel to resist bending and rusting. While it provides a classic look for most kitchens, the wooden handle is not as sturdy.
