Its 26-gauge aluminized steel construction ensures excellent heat distribution and durability, while the wire-reinforced rim adds strength to resist warping. Finished with a silicone glaze, this pan provides smooth product release and easy cleaning without the use of PFOA or PTFE. Measuring 25 7⁄8 inches long by 17 7⁄8 inches wide, it’s well-suited for heavy baking use.
