Winco HDM-26 Description
Ideal for skating rinks and bowling alleys with snack bars or gas stations and convenience stores, the Winco HDM-26 countertop display case features three adjustable shelves to hold pizza slices, pretzels, bread sticks, and other foods; for additional space, the unit's top can be used for storing non-perishable items or utensils and supplies. Great for self-service use, this display has customer-facing front service doors and rear access doors that slide open to enable the cabinet to be loaded. To promote impulse purchases, the front display can be lit for branding or advertisements.
The Winco HDM-26 display case measures 26 11⁄16 inches wide by 19 9⁄16 inches deep by 26 1⁄8 inches high. Its highly accessible control panel can be used to adjust internal temperatures between 85 and 195 degrees Fahrenheit, while its removable water pan can be used to control humidity for optimal product freshness. For operator convenience, its temperature can be monitored with its visible thermometer gauge.
