Winco FVS-1 Description
The Winco FVS-1 countertop fruit and vegetable slicer has an adjustable blade to create slices from 1⁄16 inch to 1⁄2 inch thick. It mounts to any flat surface but can be removed for cleaning and storage after use. Because the base and the blade are both made of heavy-duty stainless steel, this unit will withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. It accommodates fruit and vegetables a maximum of 4 inches in diameter and 5 1⁄2 inches long.
