The Winco EMP-10 Planetary Mixer features three total mixing speeds: low, medium, and high. These speeds are ideal for completing a variety of culinary tasks, such as mixing donut and pizza dough or whipping cream and eggs; this is made possible with the included wire whip, flat beater, and dough hook attachments. Operated with a gear-driven, high-torque transmission, this unit functions at high efficiency. Users can turn this machine off with the side-placed on/off toggle switch, and for additional protection that reduces breakage or premature replacement, it's supplied with a manual overload protection feature.
The Winco EMP-10 Planetary Mixer comes with a 10 1⁄2-quart capacity bowl made of 304 stainless steel to resist abrasion through intense use. To increase operator safety and reduce mess, users can employ the safety guard and interlock bowl lift lever.
