Its stainless steel body houses non-stick Teflon-coated rollers with sealed ends that rotate a full 360 degrees to maintain consistent cooking. Each roller includes its own heating element for end-to-end temperature control, while dual thermostatic dials manage the front and rear zones independently—supporting separate cooking and holding areas. A sealed motor, bike chain and sprocket assembly, and re-settable safety fuse enhance long-term reliability in busy environments.
