Winco ECO-500 Description
The Winco ECO-500 half-size convection oven holds food pans on three chrome shelves, and the window on the front of the door provides a view into the cabinet for product monitoring. It cooks by circulating air quietly throughout the unit and the temperature is controlled using the front-located dials. A 120-minute timer ensures precise cooking, or the unit can be set to stay on for some time until the operator shuts it off. Made of stainless steel, this convection oven is quick to clean after use.
