Winco C-WPF Description
The Winco C-WPF water pan is a full-size, 4-inch-deep pan that goes underneath steam pans or in a chafer. As a spillage pan, it holds water that becomes steam and warms food, while as a chafing dish, it can keep 8 quarts of food ready to serve. For corrosion resistance, this unit is made of stainless steel, and to help contain messes, it has a dripless edge.
