Winco CS-44P Description
Designed to cut into cheese wheels more smoothly than cheese knives, the Winco CS44P cheese slicer features a 44-inch-long stainless steel wire and two polyethylene handles. By gripping the handles and positioning the wire where desired, staff can control the thickness and angle when slicing cheese. While the 18/8 stainless steel wire is comprised of 18 percent chrome and 8 percent nickel for enhanced durability, the handles' plastic construction can withstand repeated back-of-house use.
