Winco ASP-7 Description
The flared sides on the Winco ASP-7 saucepan taper to a smaller base that lessens product heat exposure for low-temperature cooking over a long period of time. These sides also help staff stir food. Great for medium- to high-volume batches, the vessel holds 7 quarts. A riveted handle is integrated into the pan, and it won't snap or break off with everyday use. On the opposite side, a helper handle enables employees to lift heavy product.
