The Winco APZS-13 pizza screen has a seamless aluminum construction that heats evenly and maximizes airflow to reduce moisture and prevent soggy crusts. Its 13-inch diameter accommodates a medium pizza, and it has no edge in order to produce a thin crust. It shouldn't be washed in a dishmachine, requiring hand cleaning with mild soap and nonabrasive cleaning utensils.
