The Winco APP-26 pizza pan fits medium-sized pizzas on its 12-inch by 14-inch blade. Made of aluminum, it’s durable, corrosion resistant, and thin enough to slide directly under prepared dough. To safely resist high temperatures, the handle has a wooden construction, and the entire unit measures 26 inches in length.
