The Winco APP-18M pizza peel has a strong wooden handle and a corrosion-resistant aluminum blade. The 14-inch by 16-inch blade is thin enough to slide underneath pizza dough and is sized to accommodate a large pie. With an overall length of 34 inches, this peel can be used to safely place pizzas in an oven.
