Made of aluminum, the Winco APP-18L pizza peel's blade is durable and corrosion resistant. The material is thin, so it’s simple to slide underneath pizza dough. To accommodate large pizzas, the blade measures 16 inches by 18 inches, and the entire unit spans 36 inches in length to help users guide pizzas into the oven. For additional strength, the handle is made of wood.
