Reinforced with a closed bead rim, the Winco ALXP-2618P full-size sheet pan resists bending and adds strength around the edges. Measuring 26 inches long by 18 inches wide, it fits standard sheet pan racks and ovens. Built with 16-gauge 3003 aluminum construction, the body holds its shape under stress and performs well in high-output kitchens.
