Winco ALXP-1310H Description
Because the Winco ALXP-1310H sheet pan has a closed bead, it is not NSF approved. However, this design is economical and reinforced with a galvanized wire around the edges. The 18-gauge thickness helps prevent bending, while the 3003 series aluminum provides corrosion and scratch resistance. This pan measures 13 inches long by 10 inches wide, making it one-fourth the size of a full-size pan.
