Featuring an open bead and 12-gauge thickness, the Winco ALXP-0609 eighth-size sheet pan is durable enough for high-volume use. It measures 9 1⁄2 inches long by 6 1⁄2 inches wide and can support heavy items in the oven for slow roasting or high-temperature baking. For warp resistance, the 3003 aluminum construction contains magnesium and other metals.

Perfect for the every day use
I bought 15 of these plus 1000 12x12 red checked paper liners. I use the Combo instead of paper plates every day.. at breakfast for today or bagels ,at lunch for grilled cheese or sandwiches.. At dinner when we have burgers or BBQ and fries. . We have a couple fish fry's a year and this will be a simple mess free low trash substitute to paper plates
Finish issues
This product has issues with the finish. One completely changed colors when I washed it. The others have what looks like remains of a sticker, but there was not a sticker there. Maybe I got a bad batch.
Perfect for small portions - hand wash
These pans fit in the Breville Smart Oven Pro (as well as the 1/4 sheet), are the perfect size for cooking one or two portion meals, and do not warp under the broiler. I can buy three of these pans versus the cost of the replacement Breville pan. Do not put these pans in your dishwasher, the aluminum will react with the phosphates in your cleanser and discolor. This is true of any aluminum cookware or utensil but does not render it unusable or mean the product is faulty or of low quality.
Apparently can't go in the dishwasher
Ordered this pan to have some different sizes. The pan feels very sturdy. I put it in the dishwasher when I received it to wash it before first use. Unfortunately, it came out very discolored after just one wash (on the top rack). Guess I'll look for something else...

These 1/8 bun pans were perfect! Not flimsy in the least. And the price I paid was unbelievable! Looking to replace my old pans with these restaurant quality pans.
Excellent for appetizers and small meals
We use these to eat on and everyone loves them. They are perfect for appetizers, salads, or small meals and great for kids! We also use them to put food items on before we grill them. The size is perfect!
