Winco ALDP-96C Description
The Winco ALDP-96C pan cover is made to accompany Winco's 96-ounce retarding pan, providing an enclosed space in which dough can rise during the proofing process. It enables equally sized or smaller pans to be stacked on top, saving space when stored. It measures 9 1⁄5 inches in diameter by 1⁄8 inch tall, and while it's made of corrosion-resistant aluminum, it's not dishwasher safe and requires manual cleaning.
