Winco 21011 Description
With this Winco 21011 hot beverage and topping dispenser, staff can heat 5 quarts of butter, nacho cheese, gravy, or hot chocolate to temperatures as high as 194 degrees Fahrenheit. To accommodate different heating requirements, it's equipped with an adjustable thermostat, and during heating, its rotating paddles move through product to prevent separation that could affect taste and presentation.
Product is dispensed from the Winco 21011 hot beverage and topping dispenser's tap, while the drip tray beneath it maintains a clean surface. After use, these components can be removed for cleaning, and its removable clear polycarbonate bowl can be refrigerated to store unused product safely. This 10-inch-wide by 13-inch-deep by 20-inch-high unit includes two replacement bowl-sealing rings for streamlined operation.
