Splash GI-20 Description
Suspended below sinks and other equipment to prevent clogging from oil and grease, the Splash GI-20 grease interceptor has a 2-inch inlet and outlet for proper pipe connections. The inlet and outlets support 10-gallon per minute flow rates to eventually capture 20 pounds of grease from heavily trafficked sinks, high-volume fryers, or consistently used woks. Other design features benefitting its operation are a T-vent, vented inlet flow control device, and removable baffle. When it’s reached the maximum capacity, this interceptor’s cover is removable with a nonskid design that doesn't slip from the hands during disposal.
