Splash GI-100 Description
The Splash GI-100 grease interceptor measures 221/4 inches wide by 301/2 inches deep by 211/2 inches high. It’s meant for installation below sink and workstations and is attached to a drain line to filter fat, oil, and grease from wastewater. To maximize its potential, this unit filters 100 pounds of grease at a 50-gallon-per-minute flow—ideal for busy settings that fry or drain high-volumes of food. For simple installation, both the inlet and outlet measure 4 inches and don't feature hub connections. It’s made of 1/8-thick carbon steel for additional protection and a lasting lifespan.
