Thermaco W-500-IS-X Description
Designed to manage up to 108 2⁄5 pounds of grease at a flow rate of 50 gallons per minute, the Thermaco W-500-IS-X Big Dipper® Pro grease trap supports reliable separation in high-volume commercial kitchens. A digital control system enables programmable operation, while a 3-inch inlet and outlet and 1-inch vessel vent help maintain consistent flow and ventilation. The system features a self-regulating electric immersion heater with thermostatic control to maintain optimal temperature during grease collection and separation.
The Thermaco W-500-IS-X grease trap includes a rotationally molded polyethylene interior housed in a 304 stainless steel exterior for corrosion resistance and structural longevity. Stainless steel quick-release lid clamps provide easy access for service, and the internal strainer basket enhances durability and simplifies removal. An integral gas trap reduces odors, and a field-reversible motor assembly and grease/oil sump outlet support flexible installation in varied layouts.
