Thermaco W-350-IS-T Description
The Thermaco W-350-IS-T Big Dipper® Essential grease trap manages grease separation with a flow capacity of 35 gallons per minute and supports up to 85 1⁄5 pounds of grease retention. Its analog controller enables programmable scheduling, while a 2-inch inlet and 3-inch outlet help accommodate higher-volume wastewater lines. A 1-inch vessel vent helps maintain pressure equilibrium, and the integral gas trap minimizes odors released during operation. The unit is also equipped with a self-regulating electric immersion heater that includes thermostatic control for temperature consistency.
The Thermaco W-350-IS-T grease trap's rotationally molded polyethylene body enhances resistance to corrosion, and the removable polymer lid is secured using magnetic lid tensioners for quick, tool-free maintenance access. A dual-material strainer basket made of polymer and stainless steel supports dependable performance and cleaning access. A field-reversible motor assembly and grease/oil sump outlet are included to accommodate variable plumbing layouts, supporting flexible installation.
