Thermaco W-350-IS-X Description
The Thermaco W-350-IS-X Big Dipper® Pro grease trap uses a digital control panel to manage programmable grease removal cycles, enabling precise operation for demanding commercial environments. A self-regulating electric immersion heater with thermostatic control supports consistent internal temperatures during grease separation. The system includes a 3-inch inlet and outlet, along with a 1-inch vessel vent to help maintain proper flow balance. A field-reversible motor assembly and grease/oil sump outlet make installation adaptable to various plumbing layouts.
The Thermaco W-350-IS-X grease trap features quick-release stainless steel lid clamps for tool-free access and an internal strainer basket composed of polymer and stainless steel for added strength and longevity. Its rotationally molded polyethylene interior is housed inside a 304 stainless steel exterior for durability and corrosion resistance. An integral gas trap reduces odors during operation. This unit retains up to 85 1⁄5 pounds of grease and operates at a flow rate of 35 gallons per minute.
