Thermaco TZ-600 635 lb Trapzilla® Grease Interceptor w/ 75 GPM Capacity, Polyethylene

Designed to handle high-capacity commercial waste loads, the Thermaco TZ-600 Trapzilla® grease interceptor is rated for 75 gallons per minute and holds up to 635 3⁄5 pounds of grease. Its internal layout includes a laminar inlet flow diverter and an integral horizontal baffle to optimize separation by slowing wastewater and isolating grease from solids. The unit features separate internal compartments that enhance separation efficiency and help reduce service frequency. A fully removable cover provides access for grease and solids removal during routine maintenance.

The Thermaco TZ-600 has a 4-inch inlet and outlet connections support consistent flow, while the 2-inch vessel vent balances internal pressure. An integral gas trap helps minimize odors, making the system suitable for demanding foodservice environments. Its rotationally molded polyethylene construction resists corrosion and mechanical damage over time. Built for in-ground installations, this unit includes a non-floatation anchor ring to ensure stability below grade.
