Thermaco TZ-160-ECA Description
Outfitted with a 29-inch two-piece extension collar and a built-in non-floatation anchor ring, the Thermaco TZ-160-ECA Trapzilla® grease interceptor is designed specifically for in-ground installations. It features a removable polyethylene lid that provides full pump truck access and requires 10 inches of clearance from the top of the tank for removal. This unit separates waste using an internal laminar inlet flow diverter, an integral horizontal baffle, and dedicated storage compartments for grease and solids.
The Thermaco TZ-160-ECA is constructed of rotationally molded polyethylene and its body resists corrosion and impact in demanding environments. The interceptor supports up to 35 gallons per minute and holds as much as 167 3⁄4 pounds of grease. A 3-inch inlet and outlet, along with a 2-inch vessel vent and built-in gas trap, help maintain consistent flow while minimizing odors.
