Univex SFG 600 TMM Description
The Univex SFG600TMM reversible dough sheeter is designed to sheet uniform pieces of dough onto rolling pins for transportation to the prep area. Dough thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 1 9⁄10 inches, and the table direction can move from right to left or left to right with hand-level and foot-pedal controls. An interlock switch helps prevent injury by stopping operation if the guard is not closed, while the base contains storage space for flour and rolling pins. The tables can be folded upright, saving space in storage and simplifying transportation.
