Univex SFG 500 T Description
The Univex SFG500T reversible dough sheeter has a direction control lever and foot pedal to direct the table in forward and reverse, and its pivoting arms can be removed for cleaning. To control the dough thickness, it is equipped with polished chrome cylinders that are adjustable to 1 9⁄10 inches. Dough thickness is operated by hand, while the carpet is controlled by foot pedal operation.
For storage and transportation, the Univex SFG500T reversible dough sheeter's tables fold up, and its base provides a space for holding rolling pins and a designated area for storing flour. Dough can be sheeted on the two included rolling pins to efficiently transport product to the work area. A power switch, emergency stop switch control operation, and interlock switches protect the user from injury when the safety guard has been opened.
