Univex DR11 Description
The Univex DR11 dough divider and rounder has a cutting head that manually cuts dough into 11 portions between 113/10 and 229/10 ounces. Two sets of dough trays are included to hold the divided dough portions, and a timer keeps up with the dividing and rounding process during automatic operation. This model comes with one cup tray, which the operator will select from the three options listed below.
For straightforward operation, the start/stop push button on the front has an indicator light that illuminates when the machine is being used. Taking up little space, this bench model Univex DR11 dough divider and rounder fits on countertops.
