Preventing grease from sticking in plumping pipes, the Canplas 3925A02LO lo-por grease interceptor has a 53-pound grease capacity and accommodates 25 gallons of waterflow per minute. An odor lock prevents putrid smells emitting from the unit, and to eliminate leaks, the tank is made of one piece. This unit can withstand temperatures of 220 degrees Fahrenheit in warm kitchen environments where many pieces of equipment run simultaneously. It also can handle 300 pounds of traffic, so it doesn't give way when people walk across it.

Ours stinks when water is turned on.
It stinks when water flows and a/c spreads the smell around entire building. We pour bleach down sink drain and floor drain to control odor but a constant problem.
