The Star RTW19EA rolling tortilla warmer is designed to heat tortillas, pitas, and other flatbreads up to 3⁄8 inch thick quickly and efficiently. With the capacity to warm up to (1,350) 6-inch tortillas per hour, this unit ensures high-volume production for busy kitchens. The unit includes a removable stainless steel upper inlet and lower output tray, making cleaning and maintenance effortless. It features an adjustable thermostat that reaches up to 480 degrees Fahrenheit and a Sunology™ coated drum for a simple-to-clean, durable surface.
