Star 804HA Description
The Star 804HA Ultra-Max® gas hotplate features a compact 24-inch width with four individually controlled burners, making it suitable for kitchens with limited space that still require high-output cooking capabilities. Each 2-piece cast iron burner delivers 26,000 BTU using liquid propane and is supported by a standing pilot for continuous readiness. Chrome-plated knobs offer quarter-turn operation for smooth flame adjustment, and the front-facing bullnose panel stays cool to the touch, protecting the controls and providing a safe interaction point during use.
Built for demanding environments, the Star 804HA Ultra-Max hotplate is constructed of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and includes a full-width aluminized steel crumb tray to collect grease and food residue. Non-tilt cast iron grates keep cookware level over the burners and can be removed for cleaning. Each burner includes a lift-off head to facilitate access during maintenance. The unit sits on 4-inch adjustable legs that can extend by 1 3⁄8 inches for stability and connects to a gas supply through a 3⁄4-inch NPT male inlet.
