The Star 50STBD Grill-Max® roller grill's manual analog controls independently adjust the front and rear heating zones for flexible cooking. Ideal for high-traffic concession areas, this unit features a slanted layout and built-in unheated bun drawer, holding 50 hot dogs and 48 buns. Staltek®-coated non-stick rollers rotate continuously on a Seal-Max bearing system to reduce maintenance. Its fixed-floating heating element design minimizes roller warping.
