Star 50SCBDE Description
The Star 50SCBDE Grill-Max® electronic roller grill has capacity of 50 hot dogs and has a built-in bun warmer that holds 48 buns. This roller grill uses Duratec®-coated, non-stick, stainless steel rollers that are easy to clean, durable, and are heated by tubular sheathed heating elements that are free floating to resist warping. The dual electronic control pads have a temperature range of 145 to 190 degrees Fahrenheit for holding and a cooking temperature range of 145 to 220 degrees Fahrenheit. The Star 50SCBDE Grill-Max electronic roller grill uses a timed heating cycle that will cook for a preset time and automatically return to a preset holding temperature. When the desired temperature has been reached, an audible alarm will then go off to let the operator know.
